Since the Coronavirus pandemic, kids have been going outside less due to the virus. This makes a change in what is called a “Typical day”. People from all around the world have been affected by this, it has changed so many things in today's world. Today we have decided to collect more data on “Typical days during the quarantine”.

Every student does different things, one person might go to the store the other might stay inside. It depends on the student and the day. Some might wake up bright and early to prepare for school, others might wake up 20 minutes before class just to get up and have a snack.

There are many differences in our school so we have decided to interview 2 students from MPMS, Mubashira Shoeb and Clara Diaz. After being asked, “What is something more challenging to do now because of quarantine.” Mubashira stated, “ Going to the mall, playing outside, and going to family events was a lot more difficult to organize and attend.”

Another thing more beneficial for her that she stated is that “ I will be able to see my pets more often and during class.”. Last, something more common in her day-to-day life was that “ Since I am not seeing my friends as often I am usually spending time in my room.”

After that, we interviewed Clara Diaz. After asking her the same questions, she stated, “ Reading and staying focused can be difficult.”. Something more beneficial is, “ I get to wear more comfortable clothes and have lots of snacks because school is at home and online.”

Last, something more common in her day-to-day life is, “ Cleaning the house more often.”. These interviews as well as some other advice and estimates have helped collect some data and have given us an estimate of how the students are at home.

Most students have trouble staying focused. There are outside forces disrupting them from doing school including, tv, apps, and people sleeping in. Most students favor laying down in some comfortable clothes with a family member or pet. Something that is more common for most students is staying in their room as well as cleaning up more because of quarantine.
